Congratulations to the Greystone Apartments development on receiving “Overall Winner” in Affordable Housing Finance publication’s 2016 Readers’ Choice Awards! The six-story affordable housing for seniors and persons with special needs was originally built in 1880 as a luxury hotel, and remains a historic landmark of downtown Rome, Georgia today. Jordan & Skala Engineers is proud to have provided MEP engineering design, including the complete replacement of the HVAC systems and ductwork.
