Hornet Village is a new 165,000-SF, 600-bed student housing project comprised of two four-story buildings, with commons area including main laundry facility and community lounges featuring a 15,000-SF dining facility with full kitchen. The project also includes ten two-story, 12-bed special interest buildings, all with laundry room, living room, dining room, kitchen and library and totaling 3,900-SF each. Jordan & Skala provided LEED energy modeling services in addition to MEP design.
