It is no small task to design a mechanical plant that provides thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and ventilation, as well as maintaining required pressure differentials without causing unwanted attention. An HVAC system study is often performed to help direct the Owner in using the system type most suited for their building. We consider systems that not only work best for the application, but are within the construction and building operations budget. Further, our designs consider real-world factors such as serviceability, product life-cycle, and local support.
