Atlantic Yards is a commercial office development located in Midtown Atlanta’s popular mixed-use village, Atlantic Station. The progressive office space will occupy two buildings and consist of 523,511 SF. Tech giant, Microsoft, is set to move into and occupy the entirety of the office development.  Adding to the abundance of shopping within the retail village, the cold shell retail portion will feature 38,000 SF at street-level.

Jordan & Skala Engineers is providing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the commercial office.
