The Atria at Buckhead is a 55,000-SF, four-story assisted living/independent living facility with 80 residential units, full service dining and beauty parlor. HVAC design for residences featured vertical packaged terminal heat pumps; domestic hot water was delivered via central gas-fired boilers; electrical design included 100kW natural gas-fueled emergency generator.
