Over the past five years, Jordan & Skala Engineers has teamed with Urban Bobcat Architects to expand the footprint of Andy’s Frozen Custard throughout the Southeast and Southwest. The effort entailed a prototype retail program for over 15 new locations in OK, TN, and TX. Each new shop ranged from 1,300 to 1,400 SF and included essential back-of-house areas.

Jordan & Skala provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this roll-out plan, as well as Dallas Green Building Ordinance Services for stores in Dallas, TX.
