Quest Diagnostics is a clinical lab tenant fit-up within an existing medical office shell space. The 1,438 SF tenant fit-up includes two blood draw rooms, two private offices, waiting area, break room area, and restrooms.

Jordan & Skala Engineers provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for the tenant fit-up. Project challenges included coordinating base building hospital plans without plumbing sanitary or medium pressure HVAC duct work available nearby to tie into.
