In his role as Vice President and Electrical Discipline Director, Ross oversees the operations of the Atlanta office and provides strategic oversight and technical leadership across the electrical discipline. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 23 states and brings over 28 years of experience supporting the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across a wide range of project types.

In this role, he is responsible for office performance, staff development, recruiting, mentoring, quality control, and the implementation of firmwide standards and best practices. He works closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth, profitability, and client relationships.
