Corey Stenman first joined Jordan & Skala Engineers in 2008 as a Mechanical Designer in our Dallas office. Quickly learning the culture and mastering the expectation of delivering top-quality work, Corey created a name for himself as a great candidate for growth within the company and now serves as the Principal and Office Leader in our Denver office. In his role, he oversees all day-to-day operations of the Denver office including providing executive insight, communicating company goals, and staffing. On a project, Corey is the lead manager, and serves as the client’s first point-of-contact for all requests. He reviews all project documentation, develops the design budget, coordinates the efforts of a multi-disciplinary staff, and provides quality control for construction documents. He has over 18 years of engineering experience as well as vast experience across multiple market sectors. He has utilized this knowledge to execute many large-scale projects, such as the expansive Downtown Superior community in Superior, Colorado, and the master, mixed-use development, Memorial Green in Houston, Texas. Additionally through his experience, Corey has come to know that focusing on technical aspects of the job can mean the difference between giving the client a good product and an excellent product.
