Dustyn Womack joined Jordan & Skala Engineers in 2015 as a Mechanical Designer, and due to his demonstrated leadership and technical abilities, he was rapidly promoted to Mechanical Discipline Leader and now Team Leader and Senior Associate.

In his role, Dustyn is responsible for the design and quality control of mechanical engineering systems, contract administration, and coordination with all related trades. As Team Leader, he leverages strong technical expertise and leadership ability to manage staff, client relationships, and project deliverables. He tracks all projects assigned to his team to ensure progress toward critical milestone dates and maintains compliance with company standards, applicable building codes, and project schedules. Dustyn also serves as the key liaison between clients, engineers, and senior leadership, acting as the main point of contact for the mechanical discipline and attending all client meetings related to the trade.
