Commencing his journey as a Mechanical Designer, he swiftly ascended the ranks to become a Senior Associate and Team Leader, and now Principal and Office Leader, a testament to his exceptional contributions. With 20 years of rich experience, Heath has honed his engineering and project management skills across diverse market sectors.

As a Principal, Heath oversees the day-to-day operations and performance of the Dallas office and several multi-disciplinary teams comprised of project managers and designers for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fields. He ensures all of his team leaders, through project scheduling and design oversight, coordinate their work to deliver a seamless service to each client.

Functioning as the main point of contact for each project, Heath actively engages in client meetings, addressing inquiries and establishing critical design parameters. Heath’s commitment to detail, responsiveness to client concerns, and consistent delivery of quality designs have earned him the trust and respect of both his team and clients.
