Jordan & Skala Engineers provided MEP engineering for Parcels A, B, and C of the Atlantic Plumbing redevelopment in Washington D.C. The mixed-use development features 310 apartment units (Parcel A), 62 condos (Parcel B), 24,000-SF of retail, below grade parking garages, and landlord provided heating/cooling plants for a six-screen movie theater. The complex will additionally serve as the Washington Project for the Arts’ new headquarters, which will include D.C’s iconic “gum wall” in the lobby, along with the painted-brick Atlantic Plumbing sign. Parcel C recently broke ground and is under construction.
