Set to occupy a block in Atlanta’s Midtown district, the 1105 West Peachtree mixed-use development will offer residential, office, hospitality, retail and parking. The 31-story, 725,000 SF office tower is planned to be the home for Google’s southeast headquarters. The tech giant will claim five floors of the tower along with other tenants such as Smith, Gambrell & Russell, a law firm that will occupy five floors.

The 10-story, 118,000 SF hospitality component is planned to be a Marriott Autograph Collection Epicurean Hotel containing 178 keys. The 13-story residential tower will contain 155,000 SF and will feature 81 residential condominiums. Each building will overlook a 41,000 SF shared amenity deck that will sit atop the 1,580-vehicle parking structure. Featured at the ground-level of the development, will be 25,000 SF of retail area.

Jordan & Skala Engineers is providing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design, along with the communications systems design for the mixed-use development.
