1333 H Street is a Class A multi-tenant office complex located two blocks northeast of the White House in Washington, D.C. The project is comprised of the historic landmark building, The West Tower (constructed in 1912) and the modern East Tower (built in 1982). Together they total over 269,000-SF. The recent renovation included an upgrade to the west building entrance, an east building lobby, elevator cabs, restrooms, and tenant lobbies. Jordan & Skala provided MEP engineering design.
