AMLI Arts Center High-Rise

The AMLI Arts Center high-rise residential development was constructed near Midtown Atlanta’s Piedmont Park and the High Museum of Art. The 22-story, luxury tower’s gross area is approximately 385,000 SF, offering 350 units for Midtown’s growing population. Adjacent to the building is a multi-level, naturally-ventilated parking garage spanning 200,000 SF. The project includes 4,000 SF of amenity space designed to accommodate a fitness center, club room and leasing office.
Jordan & Skala provided MEP and fire protection design services for the high-rise residential development. To service 350,000 SF of heated space, JSE utilized a direct expansion HVAC system. The project received LEED Gold certification and the “2018 Merit Award in Mixed-Use” by the AIA Atlanta Residential Design Awards.
