Bone Daddy’s is an 8,000-SF smokehouse BBQ restaurant. Jordan & Skala provided engineering services for 55 tons of air conditioning with gas heat, air conditioning and kitchen ventilation ductwork, gas-fired instantaneous water heaters, 1,600 amp, 208V, 3phase power service, and lighting and dimmer control system.
