Charleston Hyatt is a dual-branded hotel (Hyatt Place and Hyatt House) in the historic district of Charleston, South Carolina. The 300-room high-rise hotel includes a 145,000-SF seven-level parking garage, 162,000-SF guestroom space, 28,000-SF public area, 2,500-SF indoor pool, and a 7,000-SF restaurant & kitchen. Jordan & Skala provided MEP engineering design for the project.
