Stonebridge Carras’ 8300 Wisconsin Avenue and Donohoe’s Gallery Bethesda are two examples of upscale, high-rise residential projects that will be completed this summer. 8300 Wisconsin Avenue is a 418,000-SF multi-family building with 350 living units. Gallery Bethesda is comprised of two phases. Phase I includes 251,390-SF of residential living space and four levels of enclosed parking below the building. Phase II includes 198,494-SF of living space with ten unit types. Jordan & Skala Engineers is engineering both projects.
