A 1,000-SF art gallery brings new meaning to the art of fine living for residents of this luxury condominium development. With renowned high-end features and finishes, the 27-story tower offers exceptional amenities, including an elevated pool, outdoor living room, club room, library, fitness center, theater, guest suites, and a six-story parking deck. The HVAC system selected for the units is cooling only split system with electric resistance heat. The condensing units are located on the roof. Special features of the engineering systems include a fire pump, a domestic water booster pump, pressurized interior corridors for improved indoor air quality, an emergency generator, stairwell pressurization, and a fire command center.
