The Grand Bohemian located in Charleston, South Carolina is a four-story full-service boutique hotel spanning 47,000-SF. Amenities include a 1,200-SF spa, a 7,500-SF rooftop bar with 2,200-SF terrace, laundry facility, kitchen, and covered parking area. Jordan & Skala provided MEP engineering design for the project.
