Hanover South Lamar is one example of the large-scale luxury apartment developments located near the downtown metro neighborhood of South Lamar in Austin, Texas. The new five-story wood-frame apartment development is constructed on top of a podium garage, which is mechanically vented. There are 340 apartment units, a leasing/amenity area, and office space. Jordan & Skala provided MEP engineering design.
