Jordan & Skala is providing MEP engineering design, as well as NGBS services (in order to comply with Dallas Green requirements), for Knox Heights, located in the Knox Street district of Dallas. The project is a six-story mixed-use development (182 apartments with 16 unit types) with 13,000-SF of restaurant/retail space on the ground level. The project will be completed in early 2017. The Knox Street district is located in close proximity to popular amenities including restaurants, night clubs, and the Katy running Trail.
