Land Rover

Tulsa, OK

Completion Date: 2011

Architect: Danny R. Mitchell Architects, P.C.

When the original Land Rover dealership in had grown too small for the growing vehicle sales and service needs, the owner chose to construct a new facility down the street from the original that would become a Tulsa icon. Jordan & Skala performed the energy modeling and the MEP related LEED credits. The project was registered and is submitted to the USGBC for LEED certification. Land Rover vehicle owners are often outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy fishing, hiking and the great outdoors, just another reason to be a LEED auto dealership. The dealership is two stories and includes an 8,000-SF showroom, 2,000-SF/2-level parts department, and 6,400-SF 10-vehicle service bay. All parts and service areas are heated and cooled.
