Midtown 29 is one of the luxury apartment developments currently being built in Miami, Florida. The 20-story high-rise residential tower includes 580,000-SF of living space with 204 units. Midtown 29 also includes a leasing office, lobby, great room, an outdoor swimming pool, and community parking. Jordan & Skala is providing Communications, Security, Audio/Visual, and MEP engineering design.
