Novel Stonewall Station

Novel Stonewall Station is a transit-oriented, mixed-use development located in Charlotte’s Downtown area. The development offers a combination of multi-family housing, retail, and structured parking. The residential portion includes two apartment buildings, a high-rise and a mid-rise. The high-rise is a 10-story luxury apartment tower that features 121 units over a 5-story parking garage. The mid-rise is a 5-story apartment building that sits atop a 2-story parking and retail podium. The design seamlessly integrates a 37,500 SF Whole Foods Market and an additional 10,000 SF of retail at the heart of the development.
Jordan & Skala Engineers performed the MEP engineering design for the mixed-use development. The project achieved a National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze certification.
