The Parc at Buckhead is a high-rise senior living community located in Atlanta, GA. The 16-story, luxury apartment tower consists of 216,000 SF total with 190 units and is situated above three levels of parking. The 40,000 SF of common area occupies two floors and includes a full-service kitchen, dining, aerobics, library, lounge, club room, and theatre-style media center. Additionally, the outdoor facilities contain a pool and roof terrace. This project was awarded the “Gold Achievement Award” for 2007 by the National Association of Homebuilders 50+ Council and it was also featured in Forbes magazine
Jordan & Skala Engineers performed the MEP, communications, and security systems design services for the senior living development. An emergency call system was included in the security systems scope.
