SEF-Greenville is a new service terminal for the large-scale, less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation provider, Southeastern Freight Lines. This 120,000 SF development is located on a 110-acre site that allows for future expansion. The building features a 76,000 SF appointment warehouse and transfer dock area, 200 loading doors, a 23,000 SF, 2-story shop building, as well as trailer/tractor space and fueling stations. An additional 14,000 SF office area acts as the company’s largest educational conference room across all six service locations.

Jordan & Skala Engineers provided mechanicalelectricalplumbing, and fire protection design services for this industrial development.
