The Southwest Waterfront Hotel is a high-rise dual-brand hotel located in Washington, D.C. along the Potomac River. The development includes 270,000-SF of extended stay space (“The Element,” 155 rooms) and limited stay space (“The Aloft,” 245 rooms). Project amenities include 32,000-SF of retail space and 100,000-SF of parking space. The Southwest Waterfront is currently seeking LEED Silver Certification. Jordan & Skala provided MEP engineering design.
