Station House is a wood-frame, low-rise residential apartment complex located in the dynamic, 242-acre Frisco Station development. The luxury apartment building is a compliment to the vibrant mixed-use community that includes corporate office, residential living, retail, restaurant, and recreation. Built to accommodate the growing population of the Frisco area, Station House offers 249 apartment units, 8,100 SF of amenity space, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Jordan & Skala Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services. The building is serviced by DX split systems with compressors on flat roofs.
