The PEARL Brewery Redevelopment

Jordan & Skala provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for this 118 year old brewing company turned mixed-use district, with 300,000-SF of the original building stock that has been salvaged and re-purposed. The project received the 2014 Institute Honor Awards for Regional & Urban Design from AIA.
