University of Georgia East Campus Village is a 510,000-SF student housing project consisting of four buildings, 4-6 stories each, with a total of 412 student apartments and 1,241 student beds. Project included a separate 800-SF conference/study building. Systems feature HVAC via water-source heat pumps, central domestic hot water system, and communications and security design including outside plant and inside plant infrastructure with voice/data cabling infrastructure, CATV cabling infrastructure, CCTV and access control.
