ENR Texas & Louisiana Award Received by Jordan & Skala Project

Congratulations to the design and construction team of Metzger Construction Company and Harry Gendel Architects for the latest Crane Worldwide in which received the ENR Texas & Louisiana Award of 2012 Best Industrial/Manufacturing Project Award. Crane Worldwide’s new 306,546 SF Houston facility was not only recognized from more than 200 competition entries, the project is the feature photo in the article announcing award recipients!

In less than one year, the project team designed and built Crane Worldwide’s new LEED-pending, 306,548 SF office, shipping and warehouse facility. Jordan & Skala’s Energy Services team is proud to have served as the Commissioning Agent on the complex multi-story/multi-use building.

With the Houston project completed in only nine and one-half months, LEED certification is still pending however, the team is confident it will achieve its Certification.
