Park Plaza Towers has new mirrored high-rise core and shell office towers comprised of 730,000-SF of office area and 975,000-SF of parking garage. One building has 12 stories of office with 3 stories of retail and 10 underground parking levels, and the other building has 11 stories of office with two stories of retail and 11 underground parking levels. Optimized energy performance simulations provide the design team with information necessary to create an energy-efficient and cost-effective design. The project is being built to LEED standards and will apply for certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
