SkyHouse Austin Achieves ENERGY STAR Certification
Jordan & Skala Engineers is proud to announce that Novare Group’s SkyHouse Austin achieved ENERGY STAR certification on February 4th, 2015. Jordan & Skala provided MEP and Energy Services engineering design for the 23-story, luxury, mixed-use development. The 325,000-SF building features 320 units including a mix of studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Amenities include 5,600-SF of warm, dark shell retail space, 5,000-SF of amenity space on the top level, and 9,000-SF of open rooftop terrace space (pictured below)..
